According to Exodus 18:13-26 a nation's judges and justice system is to know and live by the decrees and laws of God. "There is only one Lawgiver and Judge, the one who is able to save and destroy." (James 4:12)  A commendable judge is one who is trustworthy, one whom God can trust to judge the disputes based on His decrees and laws, and is one who hates dishonest gain. (Exodus 18:20-21) God declares that a righteous judge is one who "withholds his hand from doing wrong and judges fairly between man and man. He follows my decrees and faithfully keeps my laws. That man is righteous; he will surely live, declares the Sovereign Lord." Ezekiel 18:8-9

But, on OUR panel of justices we have both law and lawlessness judging; we have both honest and dishonest, moral and immoral, even detestable - defining justice and making decisions for all of us.  

"Do not be yoked together with unbelievers. For what do righteousness and wickedness have in common? Or what fellowship can light have with darkness? What harmony is there between Christ and Belial? What does a believer have in common with an unbeliever? What agreement is there between the temple of God and idols?" 2 Cor 6:14-16

So what will happen to America?  Is America's future based on who we have judging and appointing justices in our land? Is it too late for this nation? 

"To God belong wisdom and power;counsel and understanding are his. What he tears down cannot be rebuilt; the man he imprisons cannot be released. If he holds back the waters, there is drought; if he lets them loose, they devastate the land. To him belong strength and victory; both deceived and deceiver are his. He leads counselors away stripped and makes fools of judges. He takes off the shackles put on by kings and ties a loincloth around their waist. He leads priests away stripped and overthrows men long established. He silences the lips of trusted advisers and takes away the discernment of elders. He pours contempt on nobles and disarms the mighty. He reveals the deep things of darkness and brings deep shadows into the light. He makes nations great, and destroys them; he enlarges nations, and disperses them. He deprives the leaders of the earth of their reason; he sends them wandering through a trackless waste. They grope in darkness with no light; he makes them stagger like drunkards."Job 12:13-25

If we pray to the Lord to restore our godly judges and justice system what will it require of us? Is a socialist America our fate? All nations are now coming under a one-world government which is what must happen for the "mark of the beast" and the "anti-Christ" to be accepted. What does this mean for America? We can no longer say, "It won't happen in my time."  Should we be ready and prepared for it? If so, hear what the Spirit is saying and do all He instructs you to do so you can spiritually and physically be prepared; so you can properly secure your family. We can keep petitioning our God for a turn around, for a turn of events, but at the same time we need to be preparing for the inevitable.

"But I tell you that men will have to give account on the day of judgment for every careless word they have spoken. For by your words you will be acquitted, and by your words you will be condemned." Matthew 12:36-37

The Church has spoke up, petitioned and prayed and it has not stopped the wicked from overtaking our land. So, let us see the signs and prepare accordingly.  

In America there is great complaining. There is crying over the loss of jobs, homes and the good principles we used to live by as a nation under God when He was blessing us.  Liberty and righteous justice has been under fire for quite a long time, and all in the name of “moral and social progress.”  Abortion rights and now homosexual rights being granted despite what the people have voted and agreed upon are clear signs that this land does not belong to God's people anymore no matter how much they speak up and petition. What is right is regarded as evil and what is evil is regarded as right, and that is that. Jesus warned us this would be the way it is.

America was the last good man standing that represented liberty and justice for all, but this is no longer true.  We have too much blood on our hands from decades of killing our unborn.  Homosexuality has gained a seat of power.  God's judgment on America has already begun. All our praying and petitioning against it will not matter. The Lord's servants are securing themselves in Him because of what His Spirit is saying to them about what is coming and why. They are getting out of debt one way or another, pulling in and securing their families, praying in the Spirit and doing all He tells them to do because all the nations are moving toward the "one world government" of anti-Christ. 

The Lord says that in the last days the saints will need wisdom and patient endurance as they live through judgment tribulations.  But, this wisdom and patience allows us to be set up and secured in Christ for what is coming and to set up provision for the tribulation saints who will live through the 7 years of the worse time on the earth. 

Our God is a preparation God and is preparing for the future of all His saints.  So, we do not lose hope or purpose or strength. We have Almighty God in control and a very good future to look forward to.

These are days that call for godly wisdom and great patience. We live in a nation where fear is used to control the people's decisions. This is not the will of God. The will of God is that we should trust His love, purpose and promises, and do all He says to do or say, and not do or not say, and not to let up meeting together in our homes for prayer, fellowship, teaching and communion. (The "home" and gift of "hospitality" will have more meaning than ever, as it was in the days of the first churches of Christ's Apostles and disciples.)

There are many ways Satan (working through various means) gets people to make decisions out of fear, even getting God's people to miss the blessings of faith-based decisions.  For example: My good friend took her teenage son to the doctor to get some warts removed off his hand. After this was done, the nurse suggested that he have a shot that would immunize him against two serious diseases, one being Meningitis: a serious, sometimes fatal illness in which a viral or bacterial infection inflames the meninges, causing symptoms such as severe headaches, vomiting, stiff neck, and high fever.  She, being a very strong believer, thought about it. She asked a few questions and thought about it again. The nurses assured her that it was quite harmless and very helpful. Still somewhat doubtful, she went ahead with the shot anyway. (When in doubt - do nothing - wait on the Lord to hear from Him first.)  

As they were headed out of the parking lot she looked over at her son who seemed to be acting stupid as teenage boys do so often and realized he was having what she knew to be a seizure.  She pulled the car over, laid hands on him and began praying in Jesus' Name for deliverance and healing. The color in his face returned and his body relaxed. She turned the car around and headed back to the doctor's office where she told them what happened. They informed her that it was a common reaction and that they've seen it many times before. They said some children have even passed out on their floor after the shot. They told her it was better than getting the disease as if that would be outcome of any child who didn't receive the shot. They also gave her some other reasons for why he might have had this kind of reaction. The Spirit of God inside her confirmed it was the shot and nothing else.

Here was a perfectly healthy teenage boy who was injected with small doses of two diseases just in case either disease found their way to him - to enter him.  This is the 'faithless' wisdom of the world.  She told me how this taught her a very important lesson on living completely by faith in these days of extreme evil and how we need to be hearing from the Lord on all accounts before we make decisions.  

If you belong to Christ and have committed yourself and children to remain in His love and Word "all God's promises are 'YES' and 'AMEN!'"  Beloved, you dont' have to fear any of these diseases you are hearing about on the news and in the doctor's offices. You don't even have to fear death if you intimately know and faithfully walk with Jesus.  Your God holds you and your children in His great big hand. He has control over your future, but you have control over your everyday decisions which will either add needless pain and trouble to your life, or not.  

Needless to say, she beat herself up over making such a decision that put her son in jeopardy. She confessed it to him and weepingly asked his forgiveness for putting him through this. She could see that it shook him up too, a first for both of them.  As she couldn't shake off the guilt she cried out to the Lord for His comfort and wisdom. She asked Him why it happened. He said, "It's for all the others."  She knew God wanted His people (especially mothers) to hear her testimony. Why?

Here in America we have been raised with worldly wisdom, depending on false-gods. In this case, ungodly doctors/nurses and medicine. (I'm not saying that medicine is evil.)  God is wanting His people to "come out of her," come out of that which has no faith in God and no use for the Holy Scriptures that are able to make us wise in every way.  He is showing us, through many a hardship, that we need to come into His place of safety and security which can only be received by faith.  For, we are in a day like no other. "Life as we know it has changed."  No longer can we depend on the systems of our culture on which we have depended all our lives. Just like the Hebrews in Egypt were delivered from bondage when God sent Moses on their behalf - God has sent His deliverers, the prophets, in our day to speak His truth in love for each of us to be delivered from all the various bondages we have brought ourselves into. God is not angry. He is still on His mercy seat ready to deliver and heal if we choose Him over all these other cultural gods. 

Let me end this article with another experience my good friend had when she was pregnant with her son, her only son. She was told to come in for a test to see if he was alright in the womb. She was told they had no reason to believe something was wrong, but that it was just to make sure. She came in and as the nurses tried to inject the long needle into her womb they repeatedly could not get the needle to penetrate it. After quite a few tries and alot of pain she told them to stop and she left the office at peace about the child in her womb. Years later, after she and I had met and become very close friends, she told me this story. As I listened I felt the Holy Spirit tell me that God was the One who wouldn't let that needle in. God had His hands on her, and her son. The medical field had no right to tamper with God's anointed and He overruled them that day.  Her body and the body of her son belong to Him, the temple of His Holy Spirit. As she shared the experience of the immunizations shot I was reminded (and so was she) of the experience she had with the needle trying to penetrate her womb before he was born.  It "awed" us! 

We should be in "awe" of our great God!  We should TRULY believe and trust Him! He is calling out for His people to turn away from believing and trusting anything the godless have to say, have to give us or have to sell to us. We should sense and discern evil more than we do. We are told not to be caught unaware of the devil's schemes designed against our faith, hope and love in Christ Jesus. HE IS our SAVIOR, DELIVERER, COUNSELOR, HEALER, PROVIDER, DEFENDER, KING and PEACE of mind.  Is He the "Great I AM NOT?" Or, is He the "GREAT I AM?"  If we believe with all our mind, heart and strength that He is the Great I AM then He will do with us what He did with those faithful men and women of old when He firmly distinguished them from those without any faith in Him.  He is everything we need and He holds all the knowledge and wisdom we have need of in making right decisions and plans. He desires His people to know this fully because of the time-change we are now living in that is like no other. 

"Consider it pure joy, my brothers, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith develops perseverance. Perseverance must finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything. If any of you lacks wisdom, he should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to him. But when he asks, he must believe and not doubt, because he who doubts is like a wave of the sea, blown and tossed by the wind. That man should not think he will receive anything from the Lord; he is a double-minded man, unstable in all he does."  James 1:2-8

As I have been pondering my future with Christ the question came to me as to what Christ meant by "the life abundant" He said He came to give us. Four aspects came to me:

1. The life of His Holy Spirit fills us and all that He is and has is ours. 

2. Worship. We were created to worship God for this is vital to our whole being. We are to remember what the Lord has done for us in His death and resurrection.  We take what we learn in Scriptures about who God is and we speak it out reminding ourselves of how great He is. Worship keeps us intimately close to God in His Word and prayer. Worship incites us to trust Him in every way. 

3. His favor is upon us as His own precious children.  He generously pours out His blessings. Father has given us everything to richly enjoy. All things belong to us. He has given us all we need so that we can be His vessels of love and knowledge to others who are being saved. 

4. When we esteem others more highly than ourselves, and we are cheerful in our giving, and when we compassionately carry each other's burdens - we fulfill the law of Christ and His joy gives us all the strength we need.

God sent Abraham to the land of Canaan, the land God was giving to Abraham and his offspring of every generation and where God's footstool will be on that Day He rests His feet after all He planned to do - is done. God said to Abraham: "....I wil bless those who bless you, and whoever curses you I will curse; and all the peoples of the earth will be blessed through you."  (Genesis 12:1-3)  We have yet to see the "fulfillment" of this. We have seen Abraham's seed, the Anointed One Jesus Christ God's Own Son, who came to forgive and die on the cross in our place, but we have yet to see Him return as KING to reign and fullfill this promise.

We have a president who is against the offspring of Abraham (even Jesus Christ) from living in their land that God established from the beginning to belong to all the descendents of Abraham. God will either bless or curse our nation depending on what our president does or does not do for them. Pray for those in authority!  Speak up on behalf of Jews.  Oh God, bring your peace to Jew-rusalem!  Come Lord Jesus COME!!!!!

After Abraham had been living in the land of the Philistines (Genesis 20) King Abimelech came to him to get a promise from Abraham that he would not deal falsely with him or his descendents; that Abraham would show the King and all his children the same kindness he had shown to Abraham. The King so feared the God of Abraham that he pressed Abraham into a sworn treaty.  Abraham swore, but he also took the opportunity to complain about how the King’s servants had seized Abraham’s well of water that he dug. Abraham bought the well from the king with sheep and cattle and then set apart 7 ewe lambs to seal the deal as a witness to the fact that Abraham had dug the well and it belonged to him. The King accepted payment and that place was called Beersheba because the two men swore an oath there.  King Abimelech, the king of the Philistines, respected Abraham because the fear of the God was in the King. Abimelech feared because of what happened to him prior with Sarah. (Genesis 20)  In fact, Abimelech said of Abraham: “God is with you in everything you do.”   (Genesis 21:22) 

Later, Abraham was again regarded highly in the land of the Hittites. All the people in the land described Abraham as “A prince among us.” When they spoke to him they called him “my lord.”  A lord is a noble man, a prince, and in Abraham’s case - a true son of God.  And yet, Abraham considered himself an alien, a stranger in their land, the land of the Hittites. He lived for God obediently in their land and the Hittites, who did not worship the God of Abraham, saw the one true God through the life (worship) of Abraham.  I would imagine some of them did turn to the God of Abraham seeing how God blessed him, seeing the difference between their gods and Abraham’s God.  No doubt, the integrity Abraham displayed among the people was noticed as well as the way he governed his own people, his family, as they lived in the land. 

God had instructed Abraham to circumcise himself and all the boys and men in his household, servants too, as a sign that Abraham and all his descendents were a ‘cut-away’ from all the other people living in the world. God chose Abraham and all his descendents to be the object of His love and favor.  God needed to show the world the difference between those who love and follow Him and those who do not. God’s love and our love for God and for God’s people are at the core of our faith in the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. 

Galatians 5:5-6

“By faith we eagerly await through the Spirit the righteousness for which we hope. For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision nor uncircumcision has any value. The only thing that counts is faith expressing itself through love. “

Jesus said that if we love Him we will show it by our obedience to what He says to us. Abraham believed God (obeyed God) and it was credited to him as – righteousness.  Abraham left his father’s home and land to head for the place God told him to go with his own family. Abraham literally sacrificed his son Isaac, as the LORD had instructed him to do, and even though the LORD did not let him go through it – Abraham gave God his whole-hearted worship. (Romans 12:1)  God tested Abraham in instructing him to offer Isaac, Abraham’s beloved son, the son of promise, on the altar in order to show Abraham whom he loved more, Isaac or God.  In this way, Abraham knew that God could trust him with His Word. We will all be put to the test, the sacrificial fire, to make us confident and ready to do the whole will of God, the perfect and acceptable will of God. God will use the thing or person/persons we love the most to test us and show us what is truly in our heart.  

Abraham was highly regarded and respected because of his love for God and the law of God that God had put in his heart.  Abraham governed himself and his own people, his family, by God’s standard and not by the culture/standard of the people around him.  What the LORD is showing me here is how we, God’s people today, have failed to govern ourselves like Abraham did in a land where the people did not worship the one true God.  They worshipped false gods, just like America does today.  Our nation as a whole does not recognize the LORD’s people as the Philistines and Hittites recognized Abraham. Our nation’s leaders do not see God with us in everything we do because if they did they would listen and submit to us and fear our God even though they do not worship our God, the same God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.  God is the same today as He was then and as He will forever be.  God does not change because the world changes or because we have compromised with His Word to us.  His Word is eternal.

Why should we fear what the wicked do and are planning to do in this land?  Why have we been living within their wicked systems?  Why did we allow them to succeed with their systems in the first place? God’s people have His Word of instruction and principles by which to live by and we have been told by Jesus Christ our LORD to make disciples of all the nations, including ours.  So then, what happened that caused our God to remove His hand of blessing?  God’s hand of favor was obviously on Abraham. God’s favor was on Jesus and Jesus prayed over His disciples that the same favor He been given would be theirs too.  Jesus stills prays for those are being saved:

 “I pray for them. I am not praying for the world, but for those you have given me, for they are yours. All I have is yours, and all you have is mine. And glory has come to me through them. I will remain in the world no longer, but they are still in the world, and I am coming to you. Holy Father, protect them by the power of your name — the name you gave me — so that they may be one as we are one. While I was with them, I protected them and kept them safe by that name you gave me. None has been lost except the one doomed to destruction so that Scripture would be fulfilled. I am coming to you now, but I say these things while I am still in the world, so that they may have the full measure of my joy within them.  I have given them your word and the world has hated them, for they are not of the world any more than I am of the world. My prayer is not that you take them out of the world but that you protect them from the evil one. They are not of the world, even as I am not of it. Sanctify them by the truth; your word is truth.  As you sent me into the world, I have sent them into the world.  For them I sanctify myself, that they too may be truly sanctified. My prayer is not for them alone. I pray also for those who will believe in me through their message, that all of them may be one, Father, just as you are in me and I am in you. May they also be in us so that the world may believe that you have sent me. I have given them the glory that you gave me, that they may be one as we are one: I in them and you in me. May they be brought to complete unity to let the world know that you sent me and have loved them even as you have loved me. Father, I want those you have given me to be with me where I am, and to see my glory, the glory you have given me because you loved me before the creation of the world. Righteous Father, though the world does not know you, I know you, and they know that you have sent me.  I have made you known to them, and will continue to make you known in order that the love you have for me may be in them and that I myself may be in them.”   John 17:9-26

Just as Abraham referred to himself as an alien and a stranger passing through the land of pagans, those who worship false gods, we also are just passing through – unable to find any place to rest our heads.  There is no peace in this world that we should rest our heads.  Our peace comes from within from the Holy Spirit, who is the LORD.  We do not conform to the ways of the world, the ways of our culture where we temporarily live – as Abraham resisted.

I wonder what might have happened to Sodom and Gomorrah had Lot chose to live in the hills instead of in Sodom and Gomorrah.  Would Abraham have made a difference in these cities as he did in the cities of the Hittites and Philistines years later?   Might homosexuals have had a reason to fear God and turn from acts that lead to death?  I wonder. Might abortionists in our land have had a reason to fear God and turn from acts that lead to death? I wonder. 

Our godly forefathers removed slavery that came into this land.  They protected and fought against those who tried to take away our liberty and our right to prosper in ways that are honorable.  So, where did we go wrong?   The increase of wickedness is a subtle thing, but once it has a strong foothold it will increase rapidly. I think we have seen this with the quick changes our president has tried to bring. 

Is God through with us?  Has He completely left us and turned His back on us with sheer disgust? Will He continue to let the “locusts” (those who swarm in to take what we produce) in our land devour what we have worked for and enjoyed with our families? Will He continue to sit by while “plagues” (the evidence of disease in the body of Christ) continue to weaken us and shame us?  Will He continue to let our enemies stop us from producing and prospering in this land?

 “When I shut up the heavens so that there is no rain, or command locusts to devour the land or send a plague among my people, if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land. Now my eyes will be open and my ears attentive to the prayers offered in this place.” 2 Chronicles 7:13-16

Our forefathers obediently brought the Gospel of Jesus Christ to this land and covenanted with God for this land that they have His favor and protection in living for His glory here.  At first, they won the respect of those already living here, but over time God’s people began to fall away from the LORD. As we have seen throughout Scripture (history) it is our tendency to fall away from the LORD once He has blessed us. There have been spurts of revival but not enough power to keep this nation living in the fear of the LORD. Where does the “power” of the holy people come from? It comes from the filling and leadership of God’s Holy Spirit.  The LORD’s churches have compromised God’s Word and tolerated evil so that they, for the most part, have become disgusting to the LORD with their lukewarm lifestyle. Those who are on fire for the LORD we have sent out to serve in other parts of this world. So God allowed the wicked to rule over us so that we fear them - for not fearing HIM as we should.  Yet, we are seeing today a turning to the wisdom of the righteous by the LORD’s people because of faithful intercessors praying for churches and leaders in our government. May it continue till we have the full-on favor and protection of God once again!

What should we learn from father Abraham who also feared man and suffered for it just like we have?  We need to simply “believe God” and live obediently and sacrificially unto the LORD.

“Consider Abraham: ‘He believed God, and it was credited to him as righteousness.’ Understand, then, that those who believe are children of Abraham. The Scripture foresaw that God would justify the Gentiles by faith, and announced the gospel in advance to Abraham: ‘All nations will be blessed through you.’ So those who have faith are blessed along with Abraham, the man of faith.” Galatians 3:6-9

Jesus talked to His first disciples about His return to the earth as if it would happen in their generation. There have been Christians in every generation who have believed that Jesus was coming in their time. Yet, so many others tried to make them feel ridiculous for believing that. 

The Bible speaks to every generation of born-again believers as to the return of the LORD so that they should believe the return of the LORD could happen in their generation. Why would the Holy Spirit, the writer of the Bible, want each generation of believers to believe the LORD would return in their time instead of a long time off?

I asked this question of a few people and they each said the same thing but in different ways.  Answer: So that the LORD’s people would not slack off or shrink back: compromise their calling, become complacent, lose hope, give in to the world, fall away, etc. In a nut shell, so they would stay close and walk with the LORD and do all that was required of their faith while expecting all that He said He would do.

The LORD taught His disciples, those who had only been with Him for a short time, all about the end times so they would be ready and prepared for the ending with His second coming. We rarely hear a message from any pulpit today of this proficiency. In fact, I’ve heard leaders say that they can’t teach the book of Revelation because it will put fear in the people. Well, that is exactly what it is supposed to do!  A HOLY fear! The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom!  (Proverbs 9:10) When we try to protect believers from what the Bible says is coming, even if we do not believe He is coming in our time – we are not those the LORD calls faithful and true shepherds.

The writer of Hebrews, the Holy Spirit, speaks how every believer must have the teacing that moves them on to righteousness. Elementary teaching (milk) is about what God has done for you so that you will become confident about whom you are in Christ Jesus and all you have with His indwelling Holy Spirit. Teaching in righteousness (meat) is what inspires you to wait and hear from God what He would have you do for Him with all He’s given you; the call on your faith. It's like what going to school is for; to prepare us with the know-how for the career we've dreamed of. The Father has made each one of us in such a way that if we don't do "that thing we long to do" it simply won't get done. But, in order to do it right - we must be rightly prepared.  

“Anyone who lives on milk, being still an infant, is not acquainted with the teaching about righteousness.  But solid food is for the mature, who by constant use have trained themselves to distinguish good from evil. Therefore let us leave the elementary teachings about Christ and go on to maturity, not laying again the foundation of repentance from acts that lead to death, and of faith in God,  instruction about baptisms, the laying on of hands, the resurrection of the dead, and eternal judgment. And God permitting, we will do so. Hebrews 5:13-6:3

God permitting, we will continue to win the lost and help them get going with their calling and gifts from the LORD; working out their salvation with the Spirit of righteousness. And, in case you've never heard - there is a counterfeit spirit who leads you do that which seems right, but in the end leads to destruction. It is our fault, the blame is on the Church for why our nation is on the path of destruction as it is. As the American Church of Jesus Christ we have not grown up to lead in righteousness. We are fat and whiney babies.

If Christians have been used to living within the systems of this world, depending on them instead of the LORD then they have not known the difference between good from evil. If the churches are just as sinful as the society they live in, and they are, then what have they been receiving from their leaders? If Christians are not ashamed of what greatly displeases God then obviously Christian leaders, even fathers of their own households, have not obeyed the Word of God that holds pastors and fathers liable for God's house.

“What you are doing is not right. Shouldn't you walk in the fear of our God to avoid the reproach of our Gentile enemies?” Nehemiah 5:9-10

American Christians have not been feared in their communities as God said they should be feared by the ungodly. The American Church has not been involved as we should as heads in every gate of society, but rather as "Church-goers" we've had our tails between our legs. Our compromise and complacency has made us the shame of our nation. We know better. We know far more truth than we have obeyed. Maturity (righteousness) is doing what we've been told to do by the Spirit of the Word. Maturity is overcoming the flesh, the world and the devil. Maturity is what qualifies you to lead and govern. Picture a baby in a suit propted up behind a pulpit speaking baby talk to an audience of people with short attention spans, like themselves. Why do some fall asleep in the service? How can a congregation leave the service and continue living as they always have? Where is the teaching today that seriously convicts and stirs the heart to obedience?  I have a picture in mind of a bottle-fed child in the arms of one who is reluctant to sit the child up for the greater nourishment it needs to mature on.  I'm reminded of those commercials we see today of using a baby or toddler to speak adult words of foolishness in order to sell the public something of worldly nature. I think we are seeing some reality there behind it all. I think we are seeing what we really are here in America. I think we need to see ourselves rightly and get with the LORD.

I’ve heard it said that reading the book of Revelation if a fearful book. If you’ve been told that reading this book, which God said would “bless you in reading and taking to heart,” will make you fearful then you’ve been lied to my friend. God's blessings come to strengthen and mature us.

“Blessed is the one who reads the words of this prophecy, and blessed are those who hear it and take to heart what is written in it, because the time is near.”   Revelations 1:3

There is a holy fear that leads us to ripen in our abilities and gifts and to produce our faith's reward. Fear that keeps you from faith and obedience is evil, but holy fear keeps God's purpose in our lives doing all He requires.

“The fear of the Lord is pure, enduring forever.” Psalms 19:9

“The fear of the Lord adds length to life…..” Proverbs 10:27

“The fear of the Lord is a fountain of life, turning a man from the snares of death.” Proverbs 14:27

“Humility and the fear of the Lord bring wealth and honor and life.” Proverbs 22:4

“You must serve faithfully and wholeheartedly in the fear of the Lord.” 2 Chronicles 19:9-10

“Consider carefully what you do, because you are not judging for man but for the Lord, who is with you whenever you give a verdict. Now let the fear of the Lord be upon you. Judge carefully, for with the Lord our God there is no injustice or partiality or bribery.”  2 Chronicles 19:6-7

The book of Revelation is a “must-read” and one that should not only be read but studied in order to know how to determine and discern the signs of the time which is what Jesus taught and taught clearly in Matthew 24. So I challenge you to read and study the book of Revelation and see what has been promised to those who remain faithful to the LORD.

“The angel said to me, ‘These words are trustworthy and true. The Lord, the God of the spirits of the prophets, sent his angel to show his servants the things that must soon take place.’ ‘Behold, I am coming soon! Blessed is he who keeps the words of the prophecy in this book.’” Revelation 22:6-7

Jesus addressed the teachers in His day who failed to teach the truth to the LORD’s people, “Therefore this generation will be held responsible for the blood of all the prophets that has been shed since the beginning of the world…… Yes, I tell you, this generation will be held responsible for it all. Woe to you experts in the law, because you have taken away the key to knowledge. You yourselves have not entered, and you have hindered those who were entering.” (Luke 11:50-52)  I don’t know about you, but I sense some righteous anger in His voice that keeps me in fear of Him making ready a people prepared for Him.  (Luke 1:17-18)

Beloved, it’s time to mature in the LORD, in His Righteousness, otherwise you will not be able to endure what is coming and neither will you be able to help anyone else. On that Day of reckoning the LORD will reward the confidence of the righteous, not the regrets of the cowards.

There used to be a commercial on TV that showed two men in a baby carriage being pushed by a woman. Both men are dressed up in suites and look like they are doing business. Then one of them starts to cry and the other starts to cry also. Annoyed, the woman comes around and gives them something they want to stop their crying.

Is this what men have become? Where are the men who will stand for truth and righteousness and who will defend their homes, wives, children and country; standing up even when nobody stands with them?

Extinction or distinction; what will it be My people? If you choose “distinction” then: “Be utterly amazed. For I am doing something in your day that you would not believe, even if you were told.”  1:5 

The LORD has done this:

>He has raised up a ruthless and impetuous people….feared, dreaded…they are a law to themselves and promote their own honor. He, the LORD, has appointed them to execute judgment, ordained them to punish us. They are swift,  they come from afar, like vultures sweeping to devour, bent on violence, they laugh at fortified cities, they gather prisoners, the deride kings and scoff at rulers, guilty men whose own strength is their god. 

>They seize dwelling places not their own….your tents are in distress, your dwellings in anguish.

>They pull men up with hooks like fish in the sea, sea creatures who have no ruler are caught in his net. He sacrifices and prays to his net for by his net he lives in luxury and enjoys the choicest of food, destroying without mercy.

OH LORD, why do You tolerate the treacherous? Why are You silent while the wicked swallow up those more righteous than themselves?  YES!  This does utterly amaze us!

WHY? The LORD says:

“You are puffed up; your desires are not upright – BUT HEAR THIS MY PEOPLE! The righteous will live by faith, the just will live by faith. Indeed, you are arrogant and never at rest because you are greedy and never satisfied.”

“Will not your debtors suddenly arise and make you tremble? You become their victim and why?  Haven’t you plundered, haven’t you shed innocent blood, haven’t you destroyed lands and cities and those in them?”

Yes we have LORD, with abortion! Pornography! Homosexuality! Greed! Gluttony! Corruption! Neglect! Neglect! Neglect! We are guilty! We repent! Have mercy on us LORD! Remember us LORD because of Your love!

“Wait Beloved, I'm not done! WOE to him who builds his realm by unjust gain. Does he think he will escape the clutches of ruin by setting his nest on high when he has turned his back on the ruin of many peoples? You have shamed your own house My people and forfeited your own life, the abundant life I gave you which was not just for you but for so many others.” 

“WOE to him who builds a city with bloodshed and establishes a town by crime! Why have you allowed your leaders to do this? Therefore, have I not determined that the people’s labor is only fuel for the fire? The nation exhausts itself for nothing!” 

“WOE to him who gives drink to his neighbors, pouring till they are drunk, so that he can enter their naked bodies, to gaze on their shamefulness, their wicked behavior. Now you will be filled with shame instead of glory. Now it is your turn to drink and be exposed! MY CUP, the cup from the LORD’s right hand is coming around to you and disgrace will cover your glory. The violence you have done will overwhelm you.”

“WOE to him who says to lifeless things, idols of your choice, ‘Speak! Give guidance!’ What can those institutions say or do for you? There is no breath in your insurance companies and stock markets. BUT I AM IN MY HOLY TEMPLE; LET ALL THE EARTH BE SILENT BEFORE ME. The earth will be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the LORD, as the waters cover the sea.” 

OH LORD! Be once again glorified through the American Church! We have heard of Your fame; We will stand in awe of Your deeds. Renew them in our day, in our time make them known; in wrath OH LORD remember mercy!

Fill the earth with Your praise and let Your splendor be like the sunrise. Like a CHAMPION running His course, like a BRIDEGROOM coming out of His pavilion. YES, plague goes before You, pestilence follows Your steps. You stand and the earth shakes. You look and the nations tremble. The ancient mountains crumble and the age-old hills collapse. You split the earth. You lift the great waves. You make rivers a raging torrent. You send forth Your lightning like arrows and spears. In anger You thresh the nations because YOUR WAYS ARE PERFECT AND THEY ARE ETERNAL!  The nations belong to You! The whole earth and everything in it!

OH LORD! You came out before to deliver Your people when they humbly cried out to You with holy repentance. You stood and came out to save Your anointed ones, those You had called to Your purpose.  Will You come out once again and save us? You crushed the leaders of the wicked lands before and stripped them from head to foot. Will You do it again in this land of wickedness?  

We repent of having gone our own way, our own wicked empty way. We repent of our sinful acts, things that should never be done in Your Temple, my body where You live by Your Spirit. We repent of trusting in man and believing “all is well.” We repent of fearing and trusting our oppressors, for hiding in silence when it was time to gear up and fight and defend all that is good, right and holy. We repent of losing control of this nation. We repent of losing our children to falsehood and wealth to the control of the wicked. We repent and we humble ourselves before You in this our day of calamity. OH LORD! YOUR JUDGMENTS ARE RIGHT AND THEY WORK IN US YOUR RIGHTEOUSNESS.

YET, I will wait and endure patiently the days of calamity. Though nothing continues to bud and there is hardly any fruit on the vines, though the crops fail and fields no longer produce food, though the stalls and cupboards are empty, YET I WILL REJOICE IN THE LORD, I WILL BE JOYFUL IN GOD MY SAVIOR. THE SOVEREIGN LORD IS MY STRENGTH AND MY ONLY SURE HOPE; HE MAKES MY FEET LIKE THE FEET OF A DEER, HE ENABLES ME TO GO ON THE HEIGHTS.

Yes LORD! I do remember that height where we once shared our love and vision. I remember what I did when I first loved YOU. I now return. I will climb till I reach it!  Finish in me what YOU started my KING!

Beloved of Christ Jesus, "remember the height from which you have fallen! Repent and do the things you did at first. If you do not repent, the LORD will come to you and remove your lampstand from its place" because you have forsaken Him, your first love. Revelation 2:4-6

"They will be mine," says the LORD ALMIGHTY, "in the day when I make up My treasured possession. I will spare them, just as in compassion a man spares his son who serves him. And you will again see the distinction between the righteous and the wicked, between those who serve God and those who do not." Malachi 3:17-18

Harvey Milk!  Are you kidding me?!!!!  Is this YOUR champion?  If this is your best - then what is your worse? I'd hate to  have my children and grandchildren find out!  Christian America - speak up, stand up and stand against this wickedness!

Psalm 12:7-8  "O Lord, you will keep us safe and protect us from such people forever. The wicked freely strut about
when what is vile is honored among men."    

God is speaking to many of His followers to come out of the evil wicked systems we've been deceived by and enslaved to. We've grown up in the wicked systems thinking they are here to benefit us BUT we have not benefitted. We have become slaves to a wicked system. We have blindly accepted that there is no other way to live and prosper but through the systems we've been raised up in. But, our powerful righteous heavenly Father has seen enough and heard enough and has come to deliver His Church of little strength. (Revelation 3:8)

His thoughts and ways are much higher than ours.  What He is telling us to do may not feel right or sound right to us, but it's because we have been accustomed to thinking the wrong way.  Our oppressors will threaten and accuse us, but our Father will take care of them. Our Father has come to rescue us quickly from the hands of our oppressors and so-called representatives who do not represent anything good and holy. 

Many, and even believers in Jesus Christ, will hear of what these wine-skins are doing in obedience to their Father's personal instructions and will not understand how these so-called Christians can simply walk away from their worldly commitments or financial contracts. Did you know that according to the law of Moses when a man's daughter makes a vow or commitment that her father has the right to cancel it for her and get her out of it? 

"Moses said to the heads of the tribes of Israel: 'This is what the Lord commands: When a man makes a vow to the Lord or takes an oath to obligate himself by a pledge, he must not break his word but must do everything he said. When a young woman still living in her father's house makes a vow to the Lord or obligates herself by a pledge and her father hears about her vow or pledge but says nothing to her, then all her vows and every pledge by which she obligated herself will stand. But if her father forbids her when he hears about it, none of her vows or the pledges by which she obligated herself will stand; the Lord will release her because her father has forbidden her.'" Numbers 30:1-5

Our Father gave this law for His people to use and HE HAS NEVER CHANGED HIS STANDARD. Our Father is doing the same for His daughter, His Son's Bride today because She has not been wise and has suffered shame and loss for it. Father has heard Her cry of repentance and Her prayer for relief and freedom. Father God is saying that She is no longer obligated to vows and pledges She made without His approval and consent. His verdict is supreme.  He will stand by Her protecting and providing for Her. Those He sets free remain free to live according to His will and good pleasure.  

The Church of Jesus Christ must be free of all debt except the debt to love. The Church of Jesus Christ is being cleared by Her Father, given full clearance: free from guilt and free from  limiting obstructions, open doors to finish the works that are Hers to do in the Holy Spirit; miraculous works that were prepared in advance that She should do.  THANK YOU FATHER!!! 

"If it's not true for everyone then it's not a truth. Jesus called himself "the Truth."  His words are for the world - past, present and future. All truth is found in what He said and still says, and not in any man, group or religion. The truth is for everyone, not some. The whole world will be judged by one truth that orginated with God.

Jesus said: "I am the way, the life and the truth. No man comes to the Father except by Me." Whether you believe it or not, it is still the truth.
