Mike's growing family is his most important ministry. (And believe me we all feel it truly is.)  Mike also sees his place of employment, neighborhood, website and golf course as fields of ministry.

Based on Ezekiel 22:30 Mike believes God is calling Christian men to obedience.

"I looked for a man among them who would build up the wall and stand before Me in the gap on behalf of the land so I would not have to destroy it, but I FOUND NONE."

The LORD has made it very clear to Mike that there are men to be reached and prepared for Him who will not step into traditional churches on Sunday mornings, yet they are looking for the reality of God.  Mike believes that the LORD's people need to stop merely "going to church" and to simply "become the church" that Jesus Christ first established with His faithful servants. Jesus went out with His men and influenced all the gates of society. 

I see Mike as a man's man who believes that his walk with the LORD allows him to get out where the men are, doing the things men like to do, standing for the LORD and letting the light of Jesus Christ shine through him.

Mike has the gift of leadership, the call to build - to build up people as well as buildings, and the ministry of encouragement.

 Beginnings: "Why not me"? was the question Frank asked as an 18 year old when his brother and sister were killed in a car accident. His questioning led him into a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. After being challenged for missions in a Christian college, Frank joined Operation Mobilization in 1963. In 1965 he met Anneli from Finland. They were married in Tehran, Iran in 1968.

India: Frank was part of Operation Mobilization's first team to India. He opened the OM work in Kerala, South India. The burden was to help train and mobilize the church in the South to go to the barren north with the Gospel of Christ. Frank and Anneli are still involved in India today, but all the more. 

The Ships: Through the work of India, Operation Mobilization started praying for a ship for the work of India. After six years of prayer God gave us the Logos and Frank and Anneli served on board for 3 years where they helped to develop the ministry side of the ship. Later OM decided to pray and move forward for a second and larger ship that could be used for Asia. Frank and Anneli spent the following two years working towards this goal. With the purchase of the Doulos, the second ship, it was decided to make one trip to South America. The next seven years were spent on the Doulos with the last five Frank being the director of the Doulos ship.

Latin America: Because of all that the Lord was doing in Latin America and the potential for missions of that continent they left the ship ministry and became the field leaders for Latin America and pioneered the work from 1985-1995.

For the past more recent years we have been going to the Northern part of Europe, mostly Finland for meetings. Western Europe is a continent that is in desperate need of reformation. So much of what we've had that is good in our country has come out of Europe, but it is a different story today. Because of Europe's low birthrate Muslims are coming in to sustain the European infrastructure. This is bringing in new values and a different worldview. It is estimated that by the year 2050, if not before, Western Europe will be an Islamic continent, much different than what it is today.   

Frank started HIS PROVISION which is a ministry that supplies the workers in the LORD's fields with necessary provision. One of Frank's tasks is to help link businessmen with various needy places of the world with humanitarian efforts. He keeps fresh articles on this website's page "Biblical World View."

With prayer, Bible teaching and counseling - Carol also ministers to women in need of hope and wisdom for their lives. She uses her artistic talents to minister also whenever the opportunity arises. She opens up her home to however the LORD would like to use it. Her gift is counseling/mentoring women in the attitude and lifestyle of the Proverbs 31 woman,  her  ministry is to "help" ease burdens, and the LORD has called her to writing books for Him.
